 What You Can Bring  

•  Small Bags & Backpacks – Allowed but subject to search upon entry.  
•  Sunscreen, Hats & Sunglasses – Protect yourself from the sun.  
•  Rain Ponchos – The event happens rain or shine, so be prepared.  
•  Cameras & Phones – Capture memories, but professional photography equipment may be restricted.  
•  You are allowed one (1) water bottle but that is it.

 What’s Not Allowed  

• No coolers, no chairs, and no pets. 
•  No Umbrellas – These can obstruct views and are not permitted.  
•  No Outside Food & Drinks – 
•  No Large Coolers – To ensure space and fairness, coolers are restricted.  
•  Weapons, Alcohol,  & Hazardous Items – Including knives and firearms, strictly prohibited.  

 Safety Tips for Attendees  

•  Stay Hydrated – Bring a refillable or disposable water bottle; vendors will also have refreshments.  
•  Wear Comfortable Clothing & Footwear – Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes for uneven terrain.  
•  Emergency Contacts – Keep a list of contacts and know where medical assistance is located.  
•  Bag Checks – Expect security checks at entry; pack only essentials.  
•  Plan Ahead & Designate a Meeting Spot – If attending with a group or even another person, set a location to re-connect in case you get separated.  

Event Guidelines  

Gates Open at 9:00 AM – Arrive early for the best experience.  

Absolutely no tickets will be available at the gate.  Your phone is your ticket, and must be presented using your mobile device, via the GoFan app or the gofan.co mobile site. You will not be able to print tickets for this event. Screenshots are not accepted for entry.
